Do you have a warranty?

Under our warranty, from 1 year from the date of purchase, we’ll take care of your product if any damage to the material or the workmanship of the jewelry occurs.

Please note that the warranty does not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear, a broken chain, improper use or storage of your product, and any modification to your product done by a third party outside of Mamaste.

You can submit any warranty requests by emailing us at molly@mamastebracelet.com.

Important

1. Items purchased through a third-party vendor (outside of Mamastebracelet.com) are not covered under our warranty. Please reach out to the company the items were purchased from.

2. We do not recommend having our products worked on by outside jewellers as this voids any potential for refund or replacement (should a defect develop due to their work). This includes resizing or any type of repair work.

3. Please note that in order for us to continue improving, we may require any defective piece to be sent back to us for inspection and quality auditing.

4. Promotional products may be excluded from our warranty policy.

Our Beliefs

We believe that mamas are all connected through the divine light that they share.

We believe that it takes a village to support a mama, especially in overcoming the challenges & isolation in motherhood that modern life can present.

We believe that a mama’s contribution to society should be admired, appreciated, and revered.

We believe that mamas hung the moon.

Our Founder Story

“Motherhood is so many things. I wanted to find a way to not only honor the journey, but to make a product that would make mamas feel connected to each other."

It is amazing to me how pregnancy, childbirth, and motherhood are quite possibly the most intimate shared experience humans can have. Given that a vast majority of women are mothers, that means almost half of humanity shares this very intimate experience. Women you have absolutely nothing in common with, and whose life and circumstance can look completely different from yours, share with you this deep connection through the experience of motherhood.

The ironic part is that in reality, pregnancy and motherhood can at times feel very isolating and lonely. But when you start to think about it in this context, it genuinely makes you feel a connection to a divine collective.

I've started to look at every woman I encounter with the lens of how we both likely know what it feels like to sacrifice our body to grow and sustain another life. That we both know the desperation felt when trying ceaselessly to comfort our child in the middle of the night. That we both know the constant deep love, and constant deep worry, that courses through our veins for our babies - no matter if they are one month old or 50 years old.

The MAMASTE bracelet is a symbol and reminder of this divine connection that all mothers share.

The divine light in me honors the divine light in you, mama.

With love,

Molly
